Senior Field Operations Associate: Start Rate 30.25/hr

**What you will do -**
+ Rotate through all product teams becoming fully competent in all areas of Recon and Trauma product lines.
+ Rotate in the on-call schedule and handle urgent requests
+ Inspect products and materials for damage, defects, or shortages
+ Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
+ Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.
+ Prepare product for scheduled surgeries and reports
+ Partner with the Scheduler to investigate service level issues.
+ Assist in FQMS compliance including specialization in specific responsibilities.
+ Maintain warehouse organization to avoid product errors.
+ Use computers to maintain accurate account records and shipment of inventory.
+ Support management in preparation for branch audits.
+ Act as the Back-up scheduler for any of the three product areas.
+ Assist with training for new hires. Training to include: Various product lines and compatibility. Procedures, workflow, and scheduling tools.
+ Process incoming orders for materials, merchandise, or services.
+ Inform customers of receipt, shipping, and delays.
+ Track inventory and maintain accurate records.
+ Review overdue shipment returns and partner with dispatcher to schedule the return.
**What you need –**
**Required:**
+ 3+ years of work experience
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Valid Driver’s license with good driving record
+ Must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
+ Demonstrated computer skills (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Access, ERP, and Word)
**Preferred:**
+ Associates Degree or Equivalent work experience
**Step** : $ **30.25/hr** per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits.
