Senior Field Sales Director EMEA/GM

As EMEA Field Sales Director/GM for Fluke, you will directly lead 1 Sales Director Specialized Sales who in turn manages a bright team of 3 Installation and Certification Sales Directors, 1 Calibration Sales Director, 1 MEAT, CIS and Russia Certification & Calibration Sr. Sales Manager, 1 EMEA Enterprise Sr. Sales Manager. Next to report direct to you is the EMEA Fluke Precisions Instruments Sales Director who in turn manages a team of 9 Sales Managers for 2 brands. You will report to the VP EMEA and be part of the EMEA leadership team. You are responsible for the regional strategy plan as well as work closely together with the other cross functional leadership team members that help define and deploy this strategy into action.

Supporting the simplification and harmonization of our businesses transition to a more solution / thought leader led position in their respective markets and leading our transition to a more direct sales and digital first customer experience.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Drive the sales and marketing transformation process within the EMEA region and how it connects to the global organization structure and processes.
+ As “field sales director/GM” you are responsible to extend the contribution from direct sales initiatives from 15% to 50% in 3 to 5 years.
+ You help position the direct sales team to play a key role in continuously improving how we digitally communicate to the market with a clear goal to be able to generate better quality leads.
+ Assess and improve sales processes, infrastructure and skill sets.
+ Working with other senior EMEA leaders to create and execute the go-to-market strategy and vision across all 5 business units and leverage synergies and shared opportunities
+ Be the team coach, manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring everyone is given the training, development, support and encouragement they need to flourish and perform to their maximum potential. Ensure each member of the team has access to the right tools and technology stack to support efficiencies
+ Working with key stakeholders within the business, ensure alignment on sales and marketing goals with other functional and regional teams and with the overall business goals
+ Ensure continuity and consistency between our regional sales program managers and our global product BU managers and similar between regional and global digital/demand generation marketeers and leverage cross functional skills and talents across the wider team
+ Communicate our successes and our wins, be the champion for daily and visual management of key metrics and performance indicators and for reporting of results to senior leadership and other functions;
+ Solid experience with lead generation, market segmentation as well as funnel management practices.
**Qualifications:**
+ 10+ years’ experience managing a high (matrix) growth/multi-dimensional publicly listed technology business, business unit or region
+ Experience in wider commercial and marketing roles (sales, product management, strategic planning etc.)
+ Having worked with a cross functional leadership team
+ P&L accountability
+ You have a proven ability to develop deep relationships with key decision-makers that has resulted in sustained business success
+ You are strategic and disciplined in how you allocate resources and pursue opportunities. You have generated a strong ROI for your organization
+ You possess the leadership and commercial acumen along with a hands-on, ‘get it done’ mentality
+ Experience building strategic corporate plan
+ Experience in direct and indirect selling
+ Knowledge about product line performance management
+ Systems experiences: MSD or Sales Force.com, Oracle, Power BI
+ Fluent in English (any additional language is advantaged)
