Generating new and managing renewal business from the Pharma market in India with primary focus in assigned territoryCreate and execute on strategic account plans to develop a healthy pipeline and deliver maximum revenue potentialDevelop solid, strategic relationships with key decision makers at targeted accountsConduct compelling product demonstrations that highlight the value of the solutions offer to the customer by addressing their specific pain points (via live presentation or online meeting tools)Managing all stages of sales, from prospecting, targeting accounts, following up on leads, making initial contact through to closing the sale.Quote & negotiate prices, manage objections, prepare proposals, obtain appropriate approvals, and provide information to customers regarding terms of sales.Important KRAs
Provide support on solution offerings delivered to customers in a timely mannerSeek support from marketing teams to drive the right campaigns to support partnersSourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls.Strong curiosity to enable self-learning on content and products available at WKMaintain accurate and complete records in the CRM (SalesForce) system in a timely Manner - Manage and develop sales pipeline, prepare and submit accurate and timely forecasts to ensure achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.Continually stay on top of Market trends, competitors, and sales approaches,Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of work experience, 7 years would be preferredExcellent consultative sales skills with a proven track record of success in the healthcare / digital / software solution sales domainProven enterprise sales experience of selling complex services / solutions to C-level stakeholders.Knowledge of the Pharma market, or experience in selling IT solutions to Pharma is desirableBachelors degree a must, Masters preferred or equal experienceExcellent presentation skills including the ability to effectively demonstrate digital products live and via online meeting toolsExcellent technical skills including proficiency utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional communication skills.Relentless work ethic and a desire to learn a new skills, develop additional expertiseAbility to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environmentSolution-oriented outlook.Flexible to travel to customer locations – 70% time is traveling in Mumbai and other metros.
