Serves as the primary point of contact for Field Operations personnel and as a liaison between or among customers, Field Operations and internal business groups. Coordinates and monitors customer dispatches to ensure timely and excellent customer experience. Monitors technical store availability to ensure an optimal shopping experience for customers. You will be supporting customers across the EMEA region with their mobile device support as well as working closely with a software development team to troubleshoot bugs and test fixes on our own MMS platform. Excellent Dutch and English language skills (written and spoken) are essential alongside the ability to simplify technical faults down to a more understandable level for end users or customers. We often work as a technical conduit between many different areas of the business and pride ourselves on having a good mix of people and characters from varying specialist backgrounds ; this gives us a great skills base to resolve small to largescale technical faults and deliver lasting solutions to our ever-growing customer base. Our passion is delivering a complete end to end service with customer centricity.

This a fully remote job and we are happy to welcome candidates located in Dieren and Ultrech.
