We are looking for a Senior Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team in in Surabaya, Indonesia. This role is responsible for carrying out service visits for our instruments at customers’ sites from Central Java to Papua, Indonesia.

 

Roles + Responsibilities

Delivers post-sale services at customer sites, including installation, maintenance and repair of Endress+Hauser products to ensure that the products function properlyEnsures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations that may favorably impact performanceSupport customer in finding solutions, whether technical or non-technical, related to Endress+Hauser products.Regularly process the administration of the work performedProvide training and instruction to employees at customers’ sites

 

Qualification + Profile

Bachelor’s/graduate degree in Electronics Engineering or a similar qualification 3 - 5 years’ experience of working in a service environmentKnowledge of IT applications, MS Office (proficient user in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SFDC, SAP)Familiar and hands on with process instrumentation products. Familiarity with instrumentation products would be advantageHave a good notions in English (writing and speaking). Proficiency in the Chinese language is an advantageWillingness to travel all areas covered within the scope of this roleEnthusiasm, proactive and able to work independentlyStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers of various backgrounds
