ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior Field Service Representative** to join our vehicle sustainment team in **Taichung, Taiwan.** The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program. **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** + Plans, directs, coordinates and manages the maintenance operations for assigned Technical Direction Letter organizations. + Maintenance support includes operations, system troubleshooting, engineering, design, installation, analysis, maintenance and repair of U.S. systems and subsystems to component level. + Effectively applies industry or military standard troubleshooting procedures to localize and isolate faulty system components. + Performs other related duties as assigned. **Minimum Qualifications** : + Selected candidates **must be a US Citizen** . + A minimum of 12 years of experience. + Must have experience on Heavy Equipment Transporter M1070A1 Tractor and M1000 Trailer. + Experience applying industry and/or military standard troubleshooting procedures to isolate faulty system components. + Experience in technical support of complex U.S. military ground systems. + Experience with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite. + Experience with a variety of hand tools, diagnostic tools, power tools, multi-meters + Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening. + Must possess a Valid Driver’s License for the location in which the work will be performed. + Must have a High School Diploma or GED. + Ability to meet the government deployment physical requirements if needed. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience on non-tactical/commercial vehicle fleets and/or military shall be with light or heavy-duty trucks, tractors, tactical vehicles, ground systems, generators, power plants, aircraft or any diesel or gasoline powered equipment or vehicle. **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel. + Must be able to push, pull, and reach + Must be able to work in high noise areas + Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts + Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard ManTech International Corporation, as well as its subsidiaries proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
