**Job Overview** Weatherford is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Field Specialist to join our Well Services team. In this critical role, you will leverage your expertise in Thru-Tubing Fishing, Milling, Packer/Bridge Plug Operations, and Completions to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional value to our clients. As a leader in the field, you will be responsible for overseeing complex operations, troubleshooting challenges, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices. **Responsibilities:** + Oversee complex operations, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices. + Leverage expertise in Thru-Tubing Fishing, Milling, Packer/Bridge Plug Operations, and Completions. + Drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional value to clients. + Perform maintenance & repairs on company-owned rental equipment in the field when required. + Function effectively and efficiently in a demanding, hands-on operational role. + Communicate effectively, especially on operation-critical parameters or requirements. **Skills:** + In-depth knowledge of Thru-Tubing Fishing and Milling or Packer/Bridge Plug Operations. + Basic understanding of field operations, including completions, interventions, remedial work-overs, and well rejuvenation. + Awareness of the latest API Q2 and ISO 9001 standards and requirements. + Proficient in calculating basic oil industry volumes, pressures, and forces. + Technical ability and logical thinking for problem-solving in the field and under strict time constraints. + Basic computer skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office. **Qualifications:** + Minimum of 5 years of Well Services, Completions, or Coiled Tubing/Wireline experience in the oil and gas industry. + Minimum of 2 years of experience in Thru-tubing completions, packers, and bridge plug operations. + Ability to work effectively on offshore platforms as well as drilling rigs. + A Technical Degree or Diploma from a University or College is preferred. A High School Diploma and relevant technical qualification or experience are required. + Relevant industry certifications are an advantage. Weatherford is a leading global energy services company.
