Weatherford is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Field Specialist to join our Well Services team. In this critical role, you will leverage your expertise in Thru-Tubing Fishing, Milling, Packer/Bridge Plug Operations, and Completions to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional value to our clients. As a leader in the field, you will be responsible for overseeing complex operations, troubleshooting challenges, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.

Responsibilities: Oversee complex operations, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices. Leverage expertise in Thru-Tubing Fishing, Milling, Packer/Bridge Plug Operations, and Completions. Drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional value to clients. Perform maintenance & repairs on company-owned rental equipment in the field when required. Function effectively and efficiently in a demanding, hands-on operational role. Communicate effectively, especially on operation-critical parameters or requirements. Skills: In-depth knowledge of Thru-Tubing Fishing and Milling or Packer/Bridge Plug Operations. Basic understanding of field operations, including completions, interventions, remedial work-overs, and well rejuvenation. Awareness of the latest API Q2 and ISO 9001 standards and requirements. Proficient in calculating basic oil industry volumes, pressures, and forces. Technical ability and logical thinking for problem-solving in the field and under strict time constraints. Basic computer skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of Well Services, Completions, or Coiled Tubing/Wireline experience in the oil and gas industry. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Thru-tubing completions, packers, and bridge plug operations. Ability to work effectively on offshore platforms as well as drilling rigs. A Technical Degree or Diploma from a University or College is preferred. A High School Diploma and relevant technical qualification or experience are required. Relevant industry certifications are an advantage.
