Meaningful Work From Day One
As a key member of the finance team, the Sr. Finance Analyst will partner with Channel Managers and Key Account Managers to drive business decisions and fulfill strategic goals by implementing RGM levers to achieve profitable and sustainable growth, while ensuring compliance with our discounting policy.
What You Can Expect
1. Provide financial support to sales teams, utilizing RGM levers to define efficient investment levels, including price monitoring, promotional effectiveness, customer mix management, and trade terms to build our brands while achieving profitability targets.
2. Conduct in-depth financial analyses and develop KPI dashboards to track performance and guide decision-making.
3. Advise sales on P&L analysis, monitoring, and control to enhance profitability.
4. Support the annual budgeting process, ensuring reasonable spending and recommending actions to maintain profitability and achieve strategic plan objectives.
5. Model financial scenarios for customer negotiations and new business feasibility, providing recommendations to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
6. Partner with sales leaders to influence decisions on investment, volume reallocation, and activity plan adjustments.
7. Collaborate on developing Joint Business Plans (JBP) with key customers to support long-term strategies.
8. Develop ad-hoc projects to evaluate business strategy issues.
9. Validate and approve commercial agreements and conduct periodic reviews with sales to ensure compliance.
10. Make monthly, quarterly, and annual closing accruals for commercial discounts.
11. Provide ongoing training on finance and compliance.
What You Bring to the Table
● 3+ years of finance experience in a multinational consumer goods company or equivalent experience.
● Strong English language skills for effective communication in a business setting.
● Strong computer skills with proficiency in office productivity software.
● Experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools.
● Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with planning and organization in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
● Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
● Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
