OBJECTIVES / PURPOSE OF JOB
Financial Planning and Analysis, including Finance support of business decisions
KEY ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in planning process (annual plan and update, long-range plan, operating forecasts), be involved in preparation of solid financial business plans and underlying analysis, drive development and preparation of solid financial business plans and underlying analysis to ensure the BU delivers financial commitments.Monitor and analyze performance vs plans.Perform regular financial analysisPerfrom ad hoc financial analysis as part of projectsProvide reporting and analytical support to business.Provide actual monthly and quarterly financial data in compliance with Corporate Reporting policies.Implement and ensure budget controlling procedures.Optimize financial processes.CANDIDATE PROFILE:
University degree in Finance or Accounting or Economics or Mathematics/ professional qualifications would be an advantageKnowledge of economics, analysis, accounting and reporting.Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and/or analysis within multinational companyProject management experience its a plusLearning agility in working with a different IT systems.Ability to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers.Healthcare / FMCG experience is an advantage.Business orientedStrong analytical skillsAbility to work in teams.Strong communication skills: experience working across multiple departments and different functions;Ability to clearly communicate complex financial information in an easy way;Ability to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing.Adaptability, willingness to change.Ability to make difficult decisions.English – upper-intermediateSolid PC skills. Very strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot tables, VLookup, & Macros).SAP knowledge is preferable but is not a limiting factor
