Senior Finance Analyst
Job Description About this position

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Finance Analyst to make a difference at Kraft Heinz in Sweden. The Senior Finance Analyst lies within the Central Northern Europe business unit and is located at our Stockholm office! In this position you’ll be reporting to the Head of Finance. Your primary responsibility will be providing support and supervision of our invoice to cash cycle, and you’ll be helping to build strong Revenue Growth Management (RGM) plans.

Your tasks:

Ensuring correct pricing and needed accruals are in place Being on the front line of communication with clients for finance specific matters Working with receivables and overdue, providing support to the dedicated team to timely resolve all the matters with cash collection Handling different currencies Gate keeping contract terms planning: approvals and proof of performance Reconciling trade investments related balance sheet general ledgers Being a key user of promo planning tool and order to cash system, providing support to sales team Monitor, check, and highlight key performance indicators to relevant internal stakeholders and influence decision-making to ensure delivery of business target Delivering continuous improvement in the quality of analysis, output, and visibility provided to the Nordics leadership team Leading key RGM project and routines with focus on increasing profitability and Promo ROI analysis, recommendations to the sales team

Your Qualifications:

At least a bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, or a related field At least 3-5 years’ experience of finance analytics, understanding of financial reports P&L understanding, Advanced Excel knowledge, Basic accounting, experience working with SAP is a plus, experience working with Nielsen a plus, desire to continue building skillset in data analytics (Tableau, Alteryx) Strong proficiency in English is required, Swedish is optional
