We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join our Honeywell team in Brno.

In this role, you will be providing Financial, Analytical and Internal Controls support to dedicated functions and/or businesses within the HTS EMEA organisation. Key responsibilities:

Financial Planning and AnalysesAOP, Forecasts, Short Range Outlooks for dedicated functions and/or businesses preparation, communication, presentation to relevant stakeholdersMonthly Actual performance analyses (Operating Income, Charge-out, Costs, Capex, Census, Productivity)Cooperation on HTS EMEA reporting consolidation activitiesBusiness SupportDay-to-day Financial support for dedicated functions and/or businesses, adhoc requests and analysesR&D Tax Allowance claim supportDriving Financial performance results, continuous improvement, process cultureMonth-End and Year-End Closing Activities for dedicated functions and/or businessesInternal Controls / ControllershipAmbassador for US GAAP, CZ GAAP compliance in any activity where involvedBalance Sheet performance supportOthers / SpecificsHPD Goals deliveryCareer Development plan related activities Initiatives identified and supported by manager in line with the overall HTS EMEA strategy, SDPHOS tools utilization (MOS, Standard work, SOP, Kaizen)

Key Experience & Capabilities:

Bachelor/Master degree in Accounting/Finance 1-3 years of experience in Finance analytical roles in international companies Finance / Tax / Accounting (both US and CZ GAAP). No formal certification requiredEnglish language at upper intermediate level, other languages advantageRelevant tools: MS office at upper intermediate level and SAP system knowledge
