The Senior Finance Analyst will work within a collaborative global team to ensure that all financial transactions and flows, Fixed Asset & Lease accounting, and forecasting are accurate and compliant in line with Johnson & Johnson guidelines. It is essential that this individual can lead a team and forge strong networks/partnerships and build and maintain positive relationships with a variety of Business Partners. This role has full responsibility for managing a direct report. There are 3 LEs transactional companies providing finance for the purchase and leasing of medical and other equipment and company cars. Additionally, there is a holding company for J&J Group affiliates primarily within Europe. This role is to be based in our Pinewood Campus in the UK. **Main Responsibilities** + Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate monthly close activities and financial forecasts across P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Tax, including analysis, and reporting for the MRC and communicating insights and results to Management, supporting Global team. + Provide clear direction, leadership and coaching to direct report. Cultivate an environment of inclusion, collaboration, and innovation. + Responsible for establishing and managing relationships with key business partners to be seen as a key point of contact. + Proactive leadership in external statutory audits, collaborating with GS LE, PWC, CTC and Deloitte. + Lead annual impairment review for J&J Management Ltd, collaborating internally across global & regional BUF, CTC & GS LE teams, as well as externally with EY, PWC + Lead, or actively participate, in global standardization and optimization initiatives and projects, including Signifi. + Co-lead for External Medical leasing activity and project. + Ensure strong internal controls are in place, in order to achieve ‘adequate’ internal and external audit ratings.
