The Sr CDT Finance Analyst is responsible for providing financial support to the Customer Development Organization. Among its main responsibilities are to monitor gross to net investments by customer and categories ensuring established targets and internal controls are met, elaborate monthly net sales and gross to net projections by channel, perform return on investment analyses of the main customer promotional activities to provide financial insights to the commercial organization, elaborate month end financial reports to share with Finance and Customer Development Management. **Principal Responsibilities:** + Provide financial support to the Customer Development to comply with shared objectives. + Control commercial investment of Colgate-Palmolive to clients. + Perform financial analyses of commercial activities (Pre ROI and Post ROI). + Participate in the CBP & Atlas / Demand Plan process (Pre work, bottom up, closing gaps). + Elaborate investment estimates of Gross To Net (GTN): LE & Budget. + Monitor the financial performance of clients (inventory indicators, portfolio, etc.) + Prepare and present Monthly Financial Results to the GM & Commercial Team. + Track & support CAD and Sox Testing process related to Commercial Investment + Follow up to the Customer profitability evaluation, plans and actions + Support / Follow up RGM Initiatives (Pricing / Investment) + Comply with all policies and standards. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s Degree Accounting and/or Finance or related. + 4+ years of relevant accounting or financial experience. + 2+ years Commercial finance experience. + Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills. + SAP proficiency. + English - Advanced + Excellent oral and written communication skills. + Excellent analytics and problem solving skills. **Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion** Achieving our purpose starts with our people — ensuring our workforce represents the people and communities we serve —and creating an environment where our people feel they belong; where we can be our authentic selves, feel treated with respect and have the support of leadership to impact the business in a meaningful way. **Equal Opportunity Employer** Colgate is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status (United States positions), or any other characteristic protected by law.
