JJ Innovative Medicine Principal Operations belongs to the Innovative Medicine Companies of Johnson Johnson. JJ IM Principal Operations is a global organization located in USA, Belgium, Ireland, The Netherlands, Singapore and Switzerland.

Within JJ IM Principal Operations, our mission is to provide diligent stewardship of the Innovative Medicine business model, by protecting and optimizing the product intellectual property (IP) structures in close collaboration with JJ Innovative Medicine Commercial, RD, Supply Chain, Tax and Treasury.

Currently we are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the IMPO Inventory Costing team in Beerse, Belgium/Netherlands potentially.

The purpose of the role is to lead the Inventory reporting while playing a key role in the implementation of standardized tools and processes in the IMPO Inventory Costing team. In this role you will work in a cross-country virtual team with direct colleagues in Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, and Switzerland.

Collaborating as an active member of the global TDS Finance team, demonstrating agility and a passion Inventory accounting and reporting of gross-to-net inventory position of internal and external manufacturing sitesEnsure compliance with finance accounting policies internal controls, support internal/external audit cycles as neededBudget Forecast of inventory related positions key financialsCollaborate with key business partners such as WW Inventory team and Global Planning, to analyze variances, to develop appropriate corrective actions and to understand trends and impacts on Inventory reserves.Develop a robust inventory reporting process; partner with management to assess and implement recommendations in a timely and effective mannerIdentify and implement operational improvements, harmonize and standardize activities and apply digital solutions to increase efficiency while shaping the cross-country team.Manage and develop one direct report.

A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Finance and/or Accounting or related field is requiredStrong functional knowledge of Finance (Accounting, Controlling, Compliance). SAP and Supply Chain or Cost Accounting experience is an asset.Proficiency in MS office and ERP systems required, experience with advanced data analytics tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.) is preferred.Proficiency in written and verbal communication in EnglishThis position requires a highly motivated individual with strong intellectual curiosity, analytical, and interpersonal skills;Ability to work independently within a virtual organizationResilient personality and willingness to go an extra mile
