KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Ensuring Honeywell Process Solutions has the transfer price (TP) policy and internal controls in place to mitigate tax audit risk. Build out a knowledge base around our value chain; mapping transactions through the organization from factory to customer facing entity
+ Frequent presentations and meetings with business CFOs and GMs. Strong inter-functional collaboration and financial analysis.
+ Cover 36 plants and 2M+ materials.
+ Work with business operations, finance, logistics, trade compliance, marketing, and tax in developing and implementing new policies.
+ Set up TP programs in various countries where needed.
+ Engage with marketing and product management on New Product Introductions (NPIs), including Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE) Cyber Security and Software as a Service (SAAS).
+ Help ISC entities implement across the board TP increase where needed.
+ Improved efficiency through automation, process improvement, and SOPs.
+ Annual training and policy presentations open to all coworkers within HPS.
+ Support transfer pricing audits, including responding to tax authorities on matters or queries relating to transfer pricing.
+ Ad Hoc FP&A assignments.

YOU MUST HAVE
+ 4+ years of progressive finance experience in an Industrial Services business

+ Experience with finance & transfer pricing
+ Strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail.
+ Bachelor’s Degree in finance/law/economic or similar area.
+ SAP experience.
+ Data visualization tools such as Tableau
+ Global mindset & the ability to work with remote teams.
+ Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
+ Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills.
+ Strong financial modeling skills to support ad-hoc requests.
+ Drive to meet commitments/deadlines.
