Join us and play an exciting – and challenging role in this strong finance partnering role! **Core Responsibilities** In this global role as Senior Finance manager partnering the Sales & Operations Planning process, you will play a key-role, in securing strong connection between the core financial processes and the S&OP process while also securing that the right trade-offs from a financial perspective has been considered when balancing supply and demand. More specifically you will: + Finance lead into the Supply & Demand Planning process + Finance lead for capacity related equipment investments + Finance lead for inventory management + Finance lead towards Digital Transformation enablers + Finance support to build risk management capabilities **Play your part in our team succeeding** Based out of our Headquarters in Billund, you will join the Global Operations Finance Partnering team. More specifically, you will be part of a team focusing on Distribution, S&OP, capacity planning, inventory management and operating model optimization. The team has a global footprint and a global partner landscape. Balancing supply & demand become increasingly important as uncertain remains high across the world. The S&OP process is the natural place for doing exactly that across a global company like The LEGO Group. The S&OP process is not owned by Finance, but is instead an adjacent process with a need for strong E2E finance partnering. **Do you have what it takes?** To succeed in this role we expect you to have: + +5 years of finance business experience within the finance area of a global company + Strong collaboration/networking competencies + Strong analytical skills + Strong communication skills + Proven business case experience + Ideally experience from a production company + Ideally commercial experience + Courage, curiosity & confidence + Proficiency in English **Location:** Billund, Denmark, with a flexible work model that includes up to two remote days per week.
