Position Description

McKesson’s Private Label team is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner, Business Development, that is the finance lead for new product launches within Private Label. This position demands an individual with a strong financial acumen who can demonstrate strong business partnering skills.
This role is a 1 year fixed term contract
 

Key Responsibilities

Finance lead and business partner for Private Label new product launches partnering with the VP of Product and their direct reports and responsible for ensuring financial rigor across the lead to launch processResponsible for all financial reporting, tracking, analysis and forecasting of Private Label new product launches, pre and post launchResponsible for leading and ensuring effective financial evaluation of business cases and post investment appraisals, validating and challenging key modelling assumptionsThrough strong collaboration with Business Development, Commercial and PMO teams provide key inputs and insights into the Global Private Label monthly reporting and budget and forecasting cyclesProvision and presentation of detailed product and segment analysis providing key insights on price, volume and market trends that support key business decisionsResponsible for identifying and evaluating risks and opportunities, driving actions to mitigate or enhance performanceLeverage technology and best practices to drive process improvements and efficienciesOther duties as required

Minimum Requirements

6-8 years of FP&A, Financial Reporting, Pricing, or Accounting-related experienceBachelors Degree in Finance or related fieldFinancial modeling and P&L experience

Critical Skills

Experienced in complex financial analysisHighly motivated self-starter, ability to initiate and manage projects with minimal supervisionStrong Excel and PowerPoint presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to effectively partner with Senior Leaders providing insight and challengeExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to organize, manage, and prioritize multiple deliverables with a high attention to detailAbility to perform and deliver quality results within a highly matrixed environment

Additional Knowledge & Skills

Healthcare or pharmaceutical experienceExperience working with SAP, Tableau, PowerBI, and/or SQL databases

Minimum Requirements

- 6+ years finance or accounting experience
