Senior Finance Business Partner RAD
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Key support for the Finance Business Partner for local division in the country.
2. Proactively manages the actual reporting (HR, COGS and Nets sales and expenses) while tracking againts the latest plan.
3. Is the lead for inputting the reported numbers in the system for forecats
4. Is the co-pilot for implementing Intergarted Sales planning in RAD Finance, will be a part of the S&OP meeting and processes in the countries the work with the business to reconcile Net sales (should there be differences)
5. Leads the process of CPC validationa nd follow up with PS contorlling.
6. Takes the lead in preparing and simulating a report for Fin BP to analyze on the outcomes of Ambition / FCs (vs LY, vs Ambition/FCs, Price/Volume)
7. Particpates in relevant business meetings (not limited to: S&OP, country performance review, RAD Finance community, APAC finance meeting, pre-close calls)
8. Conducts regular trainings for the commercial teams
9. Leads the data management and year-end activities such as accruals, PO creationg (where needed), master data management
10. Key contact point for country enabling function teams e.g. transfer price process support 1
1. Ad-hoc project management support for new business model assessment and co-creation.

Strong skills to analyze business and financial trends to make sound business decisions - anticipating future market developments Very strong Management, leadership, organizational, and communication skills are necessary to effectively interact and influence all levels of Management throughout the Bayer organization to ensure the coordination of CFO platform activities for the division Strong networking capabilities to maneuver within the matrix organization between backbone functions and the division Strong Knowledge of the economic and business environment in (country/sub-region) Excellent Analytical skills, structured approach, proactive and self- motivated In representing the local CFO platform in the divisional Country Leadership Team Content coverage for FACT functions Coordination role / basic knowledge for non-FACT functions Team spirit, good communication, and constructive facilitation skills Proven experience in motivating and influencing others in a diverse, multi-cultural, cross-functional organization Fluent English and local language skills to deal with different country representatives or customers Excellent business insights, a strong level of "instills trust" Excellent ability to "drive results" Well-advance level of the following additional business partnering competencies: strategic mindset,courage and collaboration Solid 4-6 years of experience in financial and functional management positions (preferably including international experience), as well as an in-depth understanding of the complexities of financial and business transactions of a global operating business
