Senior Finance Business Partner - Vaccines
Site Name: Brazil - Rio de Janeiro Posted Date: Nov 12 2024 As a Finance Business Partner, you will become the commercial finance lead, referral point, to one of the BioPharma business units, providing strategic advice and support to the Business Unit Head on driving performance, delivering short and long-term financial targets and preparing for future via transformation. Scope includes strategic decision support, sales forecasting, financial analysis on existing and new product launches, strategic portfolio analysis, resourcing and return on Investment, pricing, core commercial cycle support and performance management. Your Responsibilities: This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead all financial activities for a given Business Unit, and to progress YOUR career by doing the following: Support delivery of Business Unit Profit & Loss Financial Performance Targets; Assist with brand strategy. Support the development of the annual brand planning process. Perform monthly BU performance reviews (business performance and risk management) and provide advice on investment opportunities and cost management activities. Gross to net Sales understanding and use of analytics for continuous improvement of product profitability. Working Capital Optimization. Interface and support to Global Franchise Board strategy & reporting, and regional office Manage promotional resource planning and project resource allocation to optimize return on investment in consultation with customer groups and the business unit head. Co-ordinate with sales and marketing and supply chain for consensus forecasting review and approval; Participate proactively in demand review meetings, challenging the volume and sales forecast, as well as inventory levels, as necessary. Ensure and support Sales Forecast Accuracy and Bias target achievement. Oversight of appropriate revenue recognition. Proactive approach to risk management. Anticipate key business and compliance risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans in coordination with local teams (Finance Compliance manager, In-country Finance Board etc). Why you? Strong experience in multi-national Finance Planning & Partnering roles. Demonstrated experience with senior stakeholder management. Fluent English. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
