Job Descriptions:

To ensure the monthly and yearly accounts closing process are in order, corporate reporting are completed on a timely basis and accurate  To prepare VAT & WHT submission on a monthly basis. To review and ensure the accounts payable and receivable are updated and follow up on a constant basis To ensure staffs claims , petty cash are process on time and in accordance to staffs policies To ensure intercompany transactions are reconciled To ensure all expenses are recorded into proper department and accurate accounts coding Handle fixed assets and disposal, insurance coverage , lease accounting IFS16 To liaise with external auditors and tax agent or bankers Perform ad-hoc job related duties and functions as assigned from time to time by management.
 

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance / Accountancy/Partial/full professional qualification in ACCA/CPA  At Least 4 years of working experience preferably with prior External Audit experience. Working knowledge in Corporate Taxation, Witholding tax and VAT policies and processes. Must be able to prepare full-set of accounts, financial and management reporting, cashflow reports, budgets and forecast.
