Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities

Drive commercial finance operating rhythms by providing centralized finance reporting capabilities, commercial productivity metrics, and commercial forecasting, contributing to overall business growth.

Lead commercial financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis while supporting regional sales and commercial teams.

Engage in monthly and quarterly close deliverables aligned with USCAN PCS commercial elements.

Perform backlog analysis to provide updates on backlog health, embedded price, and margin outlook.

Analyze orders and revenue performance by product, and engage with the orders management team to support product-level forecasting and budgeting.

Provide financial support to DCAR, MIC, ANES, and Cuffs teams, including deal analysis, market insights, volume analytics, margin and pricing analysis, and cost management.

Utilize strong commercial awareness to assist in the development of strategy for the USCAN PCS business.

Use and present clear rationale to enable decisions and handle complex tasks or problems that impact the business.

Assess the quality of information received, ask pertinent questions to stakeholders, and offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting from an accredited university or college, with 8+ years of progressive experience in areas such as accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, compliance management, and team leadership, OR a graduate of GE HealthCare’s Financial Management Program with 6+ years of experience in those areas.

Competency in data analysis, building Excel reports, and presentations.
