The Finance & Strategy (F&S) team serves as a trusted advisor to the business to help inform and guide decision-making through business partner support and insightful analyses.

We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager within the F&S Corporate Bookings team to drive bookings/topline analysis and reporting. The F&S Corporate Bookings team is part of the F&S Global Revenue, Bookings and M&A org that partners cross-functionally to help drive topline growth agenda for the organization.

You will be in a high-visibility, high-impact role and help provide analytical thought leadership with a strong business sense. The ideal candidate would be a data-driven, forward-thinking, results oriented individual who has a bias for action and thrives in fast-paced environments. This role is hybrid and meets in the office 3 days a week in either our Indianapolis or Atlanta office.


Responsibilities

Own/Lead reporting and business performance analysis for company topline metrics e.g., AOV/Net New AOV, NCR/Consumption metrics, APM ACV et el. Lead creation of new best-in-class topline metrics. Be the SME for metric definition, policies, business requirements, and reporting. Drive alignment and implementation in partnership with cross-functional partners.Own/Lead APM efforts and ensure timely metric reporting. Proactively influence & drive metric automation, APM2.0 and hierarchies/metadata streamlining efforts in partnership with BT, FiDO, Sales, Product Lead/support the broader corporate rhythm of business, including APM, earnings release/investor day/IR, month & quarter close and CFO reviews in context of topline metrics. Support Investor Relations/external messaging efforts and other ad-hoc projects through insightful analysis & reporting of topline metrics.Build expertise on new metrics with partners and support org-wide rollout & enablement. Ensure data/metric accuracy & controls, and timely publish.Partner cross-functionally, including with Finance, Sales Strategy & Product Growth partners to shape topline results dialog and drive growth.Support new monetization/go-to-market models for Agentforce/Consumption by ensuring metric requirements are in sync and financial implications are well understood.Engage with Project Lotus & other partners to craft the future of corporate metrics.Anticipate changes in management reporting driven by M&A and evolving business needs.



Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or related quantitative field AND 8+ years experience in financial/business analysis or finance or related field.OR Master’s degree in Business Administration/MBA in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics or related quantitative field AND 6+ years experience in financial/business analysis or finance or related field.OR equivalent experience.

Preferred/Additional Qualifications

Proven experience in Topline/Revenue reporting & analysis, including at a global, publicly traded company.Exceptional analytical skills, and with an expert knowledge of Salesforce business practices, sales/operational processes, data & and reporting.Experience with Metric/KPI design and driving metric build/system implementation efforts.Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills; proven ability to structure sophisticated problems & simplify, and present well-supported solutions.Proven track record of partnering with cross-functional teams, influence & impact without authority.Ability to support and drive major initiatives across a diverse, geographically dispersed, multicultural environment.Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment.Self-motivated and a sense of urgency.Experience working in SaaS/Cloud/High-tech and across subscription & consumption business models.Data driven and detail oriented. Proficient with SQL, Tableau, Excel/Google Sheets and with large datasets.
