We have an outstanding opportunity within the LEGO Group 'Markets and Channels' Finance team to be the Finance Business Partner for the Romania, Bulgaria and Israel region. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who would like to drive the finance agenda in this region, and at the same time collaborate strongly with colleagues across multiple geographies in Central Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. **Core Responsibilities** Strategic Partner with the Business Division’s General Manager for ROBGIS to evaluate, plan and deploy strategic investments across Trade and Marketing. We expect you to provide financial analyses, data and insight to support both tactical and strategic decision making Work together on crafting the BU’s strategic planning through working closely with the commercial teams. Operational Ownership of BU financial reporting and planning processes with a focus on sales and local cost performance to budget. Target settings (or cascading and breakout from higher level targets) and co-owning financial performance. Perform ad-hoc analyses as requested by management and use an analytical approach to increase value creation. Collaborate closely with Credit Risk and Debtor Management teams to proactively manage working capital minimize cost of working capital. Organizational Building financial capabilities among respective business teams and establish links with CEEMA Finance Team (Central Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa) Deliver to this reporting line requested financial information, analysis, and work closely and actively with commercial finance team members across CEEMEA Be an active member of the Romania, Bulgaria and Israel Business Unit (‘ROBGIS’) business performance team setting and driving the financial agenda as well as building contact with other corporate functions **Play your part in our team succeeding** In the LEGO Group, you join a family-owned global business that offers a collaborative network. We will trust you in this role to make decisions and get things done to the highest possible quality, influencing business decisions and developments, thus you are making an impact! **Do you have what it takes?** Degree or equivalent experience, preferably at least at the Bachelor level, with an advantage given to candidates with accounting and finance qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) We are looking for a candidate who has worked with and delivered results within other commercial finance rolespreferably as a Finance Business Partner Experience with SAP (FI, CO, BW modules) combined with advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills Ability to work autonomously and also within a team - you will be the only commercial finance personbasedin Bucharest with limited international travel We are looking for experience which includes commercial skill with an innovative approach to finding mutually beneficial solutions Combines a well-developed analytical ability with tenacityto deliver results Ability to work independently and to supply their financial skills across the business Strong interpersonal skills to network with people across different functions, business divisions, time zones and countries.
