Senior Finance Manager, Sales Finance at a Glance….
The Senior Finance Manager will own all aspects of the P&L across Wholesale customers (AWG, UNFI) and be able to articulate any changes in revenue or trade to Area Finance Director and Sales Area Vice President. This person will lead annual sales planning and forecast processes by delivering data driven insights to help teams optimize plans and deliver on both Net Sales and Gross Margin objectives for customer group approximately $1B in Net sales.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or another quantitative field 5+ years of experience with proven track record of delivering results in finance, analytics, or quantitative consulting Trade promotion experience strongly preferred Ability to collaborate with cross functional business partners Disciplined approach toward execution, attention to detail, and ability to navigate within large and complex data environments Ability to effectively summarize complex information upwards and influence sales leadership to drive appropriate action Demonstrated ability to maintain flexibility in an ever-changing environmentOur Total Rewards philosophy is to provide a meaningful and flexible spectrum of programs that equitably support our diverse workforce and their families and complement Kraft Heinz’ strategy and values.
New Hire Base Salary Range:
$118,400.00 – $148,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
