Apple is looking for a Senior Manager to lead the Commercial Programs and Online Finance teams, and serve as a key leader within the Retail Finance organization. **Description**
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive finance leader who can think strategically yet stay connected to the ground level operations of the business. You will possess a high level of integrity, creativity, initiative, accountability, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to teamwork and excellence. You will lead and develop the Commercial Programs and Online Retail Finance teams in this high impact/visibility role. Collaborating with Retail’s regional / global leadership teams and worldwide Apple stakeholders, you will provide valuable support to core strategic areas. Key areas of focus include: Controller for the Apple Online Store, driving performance of Apple’s e-commerce business (performance and opex management) , supporting Retail’s most strategic sales programs, and collaborating on new thinking and go-to-market strategy across products/services, customer financing/payments, phone carrier programs, key customer verticals including Education and Small/Medium Business, and assessing capital investments that seek to reshape Apple’s Retail business. **Minimum Qualifications**
+ 10 years of progressive, relevant Finance experience, including people management
+ Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other relevant field

+ Master's or MBA with concentration in Finance preferred
+ A hands-on financial leader with experience in a fast-paced, global and matrixed environment, who will serve as a knowledgeable and trusted partner for several Retail leadership teams
+ Proven ability to partner and influence cross-functionally to identify, evaluate and execute strategic priorities and operational opportunities
+ Strong leadership skills with the presence to optimally set and communicate vision and direction across evolving, ambiguous and diverse cross-functional teams and environments
+ Advise and challenge others while building and maintaining positive working relationships across organization levels and functional boundaries
+ Experience crafting cross-functional solutions that incorporate multiple and competing points of view and adopt meticulous attention to detail
+ Agile and responsive to dynamic business environments, with an ability to think and partner cross-functionally to solve complex problems
+ Lead, empower, mentor and develop a dynamic team of high performing finance professionals that are responsible for financial and business analyses that support key areas of investment
+ Critical and analytical thinker with creative problem-solving skills; an intellectual curiosity to identify continuous improvement opportunities
+ Exceptional communication skills and a strong storyteller as it relates to a broader business performance narrative, commercial strategy, or other business pitch, with comfort in a senior executive environment

+ At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $211,800 and $317,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
