The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement efforts for financial reporting and providing key stakeholders with actionable insights. The Senior Manager Finance works closely with the Finance leaders across Hach and Water Quality to define the strategy and the roadmap for Financial Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting for Hach.

This position is part of the Finance team where you will be vital to our organization’s ability to report accurate financials and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.

What will you do?

Budgeting and Forecasting

Provides in-depth variance analysis and insight to key stakeholders to enable decision making.Evaluates integration opportunities with other systems to streamline and improve consistency and accuracy of forecast including definition of the roadmap for future enhancements. Enhance the processes for global Budgeting and Forecasting.

Financial Consolidation and Reporting

Lead efforts for continuous improvement in OneStream and other consolidation and reporting systems with the Veralto Enterprise System tool kit. Collaborates with the Controllership team to establish the proper controls, processes, and workflows to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the financial reporting

Strategy

Develops and implements the vision, strategy, and systems for the structure of financial reporting, including sales and margin BI reporting, through cross functional collaboration. Challenges existing processes, systems, reports, data analysis and outputs and implements necessary changes to create a best-in-class FP&A environment.Supports selected M&A integration projects and activities.

Are you qualified?

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting with a CPA/MBA preferred7 to 10 years of financial analysis and strategic business planning experience.Experience in global, matrix organization a plus.Ability to effectively partner and influence senior level cross-functional teams.Experience in implementation of financial reporting and consolidation systems is a plus.Strong analytical/problem solving skills, strategic thinking, and a command of the details.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and reporting.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Experience with Oracle, HFM, OneStream, LucaNet, or similar software a plus.SQL, Tableau, or other database language understanding is a plus

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $145,000.00 - $155,000.00 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
