A Hybrid working model
Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. What does a Commercial Finance Senior Manager do at Hogarth?
From developing pricing strategies for new business opportunities to driving existing client profitability, the Commercial Finance Senior Manager is at the heart of everything Hogarth does. Working throughout the organization and with global clients, the Commercial Finance Senior Manager ultimately creates efficiencies while maintaining profitability. This role will work closely with and become an advisor to business leads within management and must be knowledgeable of the marketplace with strong negotiation skills. Reporting Commercial Finance Senior Director of portfolio, you will manage and develop Financial Analyst and Sr Analyst.
What you’ll do:
· Partner with Financial Senior Director and Client Managing Director on business initiatives that will impact the overall growth of the operation.
· Provide insight to Client Leads on Revenue Analysis.
· Develop and execute strategies to improve both top and bottom-line performance (eg pricing strategies, offshoring)
· Work closely with senior management, to execute methodology for new business opportunities.

· Attend new business pitches, presenting commercial models to local and global clients.
· Knowledge of contract negotiations, balancing financial, commercial & legal agendas to reach the best resolution (eg payment terms, lead times, SLAs, liabilities, IP rights).
· Develop and review standardized rate card.
· Assist in execution of clients SLA’s and reporting.
· Full understanding of a functional P&L.
· Manage a portfolio of client with responsibility of full understanding of SOW’s, SLA’s, & Projects.
· Have a full understanding of IFRS and be knowledgeable about SOX Compliance regulations.
· Drive account profitability by managing cost base and looking for internal efficiencies
· Provide business development support to global offices.
· Be knowledgeable of global tax implications for multiple regions.
· Drive and ambition to grow within an organization.
· Being able to multitask in a face paced environment.
· Able to present to internal teams on reporting/findings.
What you’ll have:
· At least 6 –8 years’ experience of working in a commercial or financial role.
· Service industry background would be beneficial, but not essential.
· Extensive analytical, financial modeling, and budget planning experience required; pricing experience preferred.
· Experience of global organizations and working with foreign currencies.
· Confident presentation & communication skills, comfortable working with all levels of management.
· Proactive and results driven problem solver.
· A team player attitude.
· Strong abilities to work in Excel manipulating data and being able to report on the story behind the data.
· Excellent English communication skills written and oral.
