Accountabilities

Assist in closing and reporting of Hong Kong resultsPrepare and analyze financial resultsAssist in review of issues requiring management judgment for quarter end closingEnforce compliance with Firm's finance policies / procedures and SOX requirementsCoordinate and manage the balance sheet review processLiaison with internal/external auditors for group and statutory auditsPreparation and filing of tax returnsCoordinate with finance operation team in share service centre and other finance functions & business locally on finance operational process improvement.Participate in ad-hoc projects as and when required

Key Result Areas

Timely and quality analysis of financial results to senior management and global finance teamTimely submission of statutory audit reports and tax returnsImprove internal procedures and compliance with local and group policies

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Degree in Accounting, Certified Public Accountant, or relevant professional accountancy qualification.Minimum 8-10 years working experience with exposure in MNC and/or audit experience with Big 4.Strong Excel skillsExcellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of management.Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic, fast paced and change environment.Team player and yet able to work independentlyExperience with US GAAP a big plusOneStream, PeopleSoft or a large-scale ERP financial systems experience a plus.
