Senior Finance Manager
The MCAPS Modern Work Go-To-Market (GTM) and Planning Lead will partner, lead and execute on cross-CSA GTM strategies and next-year Planning processes across the Modern Work ("MW") business. The role will act as functional planning lead for the MW finance team, coordinating across product Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and ensuring operational efficiency. The Sr. Finance Manager will also be the Finance Partner to the Worldwide (WW) STU Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy team, as well drive GTM and cross Customer Solution Area (CSA) readiness with Field CSAs. The successful candidate will develop subject matter expertise on Modern Work and Security products, Go-To-Market strategy, while playing a pivotal cohesion and thought leadership role across the MW and broader Modern Work & Security (MW&S) team. If the learning and impact opportunities excite you, this Sr Finance Manager Modern Work GTM and Planning Lead is for you! **Responsibilities** • Drive direct business impact on a fast growing multibillion $ product portfolio in an entrepreneurial and dynamic work environment, to drive agility at scale • Display continuous growth mindset and learning, while constantly evolving our cross CSA review, insights and predictive frameworks; Infuse market dynamics, compete and deal investments Digital Win Room (DWR)/ End Customer Investment Funding (ECIF) insights • Own cross-CSA programs/ incentives and pro-actively assesses health (including what works/not), ensuring best practices pollination and influencing business partners for change early • Drive Planning thought leadership, connecting across SMEs and ensuring efficient and effective processes cross team. • Keep the broader team up to date on Planning/ GTM initiatives; connecting tissue across roles/sales motions/products/channels to scale team impact • Work closely with Engineering GTM team on new initiatives/ programs/ incentives, representing MCAPS voice; Get exposure to broader MCAPS org (incl. Segment/ Channel/ Headquarters/ Field) • Partner and represent the Modern Work business in front of senior business leaders to design, impact and implement strategies • Act as change agent, relentlessly seeking opportunities to respond to business needs, optimize and drive scale Other • Embody our culture and values **Qualifications** **Required / Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field + OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field + OR equivalent experience. **Preferred Qualifications:** + 1+ year(s) work experience in the technology + or software industry. + 1+ year(s) work experience in matrix-based organization. + 1+ year(s) experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles. + Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience + OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or Finance work experience OR equivalent experience. + Strategic and critical thinking ability + Inclusive team player with excellent cross group collaboration skills + Demonstrated written and oral communication skills + Ability to operate both in the detail and at the executive organzation level + Ability to influence, establish credibility, trust, and partner at all levels of the organization + Proven ability to drive and complete projects independently + Prior V-team/Project Lead experience is a plus Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
