As a Senior Finance Manager here at Honeywell, you will be at the forefront of shaping the financial landscape of a global technology and manufacturing guide. Your financial insights and guidance will directly influence Honeywell's strategic direction and profitability. You'll have the chance to make a real difference, contributing to our long-term success through innovation, best practices, and mentoring a dynamic and global team. You will report directly to our Finance Director and you'll work out of our corporate headquarters location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the financial health and strategic direction of our company, contributing to sustainable growth and ensuring that our financial operations align with our corporate goals. You will work with cutting-edge technology and be encouraged to think creatively to solve complex financial demands and be a change guide for the finance department. As a people guide at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in developing and assisting our employees to help them perform at their best and drive change across the company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure that all financial activities adhere to local and international regulations and standards.
• Keep the company up to date with evolving financial laws and regulations and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance across the team.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models to facilitate forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making processes. These models should enable scenario thoughtfulness and assist in long-term strategic planning.
• Monitor and optimize the company's cash flow, ensuring that it is sufficient for daily operations and strategic investments.
• Implement cost control measures across the organization to drive efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenditures.
• Oversee financial systems and tools to ensure accuracy, reliability, and security.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and work with IT teams to implement improvements.
• Work cross-functionally with teams to communicate financial performance and strategies to shareholders and analysts and report identified cost-saving opportunities.
• Be prepared to navigate financial crises or unexpected economic demands by developing contingency plans and strategies to ensure business continuity and financial stability.
• Guide, mentor, develop, and grow a dynamic, global team of finance professionals.
YOU MUST HAVE
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in progressive finance roles
• Strong financial modeling, thoughtfulness, and forecasting skills.
• Excellent insight into financial regulations, reporting

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are highly valued.
