W+D GTM Finance Team is looking for a Senior Finance Manager with dependable analytical and communication skills, trusting business acumen and thought leadership to partner with Sales and Marketing to drive our strategy and landing impact for the broader W+D organization. This role presents the opportunity to deliver impact across multiple areas ranging from planning, forecasting, channel incentives, investment strategy, partner management and business performance storytelling. Finance at Microsoft interfaces across a broad intersection of business partners including Engineering, Marketing, Category Management, Sales, Data Science, Investments, Pricing/Deals and Supply Chain teams. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in an ambiguous and matrixed environment, and able to demonstrate a successful track record of influencing business partner actions to deliver business outcomes.
