The team you will be a part of:

The Finance Operations team reviews, evaluates, develops, implements, maintains and verifies internal and business controls for processes, systems, financial statements, journals and reports in compliance with corporate objectives and government standards such as the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) or the 8th Company Law Directive. Ensures that documentation for all processes across the organization is reviewed and updated periodically. May coordinate with external auditors to prepare the attestation of management assessment on internal controls.

This role in summary::

Responsible for handling Accounts Payables and Employee T&E reimbursements

Your responsibilities will include: Team Management: Leading team and handling people scorecardsStakeholder Management: Working closely with Leadership and cross functional teamsDriving statutory compliances (GST, TDS and other statutes) and internal controlsAudits: Support Internal, Statutory audit and Group auditsReviews: BSR and others functional reviewsDrive & Lead process efficiency through automation and CI initiatives Ensuring all accounts payable processes are in place and working effectivelyLeading periodical vendor reconciliations and resolving open itemsCompliances to Company policies and SOA Maintaining repository of all supplier agreementsEnsure backup documentation for all invoicesMIS - Performance Dashboards & Review templatesMinimum requirements:

Education: CA/ICWA/MBA with 10-12 years of relevant experience
Experience:

10-12 Years of working experience in Accounts Payable, Payment Processing in SAP and Control & Compliances related to Accounts PayablesProficient in MS Excel and SAP Knowledge (FI & MM module)Vendor & Stakeholder ManagementWorking knowledge of TDS and GST Preferred skills and experiences:
