Senior Finance Manager - Azure Database

We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager - Azure Database to be at the heart of the revenue budget process for Azure - Microsoft's growth engine. You will drive deep business impact by developing revenue targets for Azure Databases that will help drive growth and increase market share. You will also help support our efforts in automating the Azure budget process.
In MCAPS (Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions) Finance, we’re driving shareholder value in 54 subsidiaries & 120 Sales Locations and carry the local accountability for the financials as well as statutory and compliance matters across all Microsoft commercial segments and products. We:

**Responsibilities**
+ Partner with MCAPS Sales, engineering groups and business teams to drive cloud consumption analytics supporting critical Azure motions across solution areas (primarily Azure Databases), segments and areas.
+ Lead the annual budgeting process for Azure Databases, including data preparation, insights gathering, modeling and landing targets with stakeholders.
+ Land revenue budgets with our global field sales organization by helping stakeholders understand key strategies, priorities, drivers and opportunities for growth.
+ Enable deeper understanding of key Azure workloads by building models that provide actionable go-to-market insights and follow up with field leader across Sales and Finance orgs.
+ Leverage programming (to the extent possible) to help design and implement automated solutions for the Azure revenue budgeting process across all products, freeing up the team's time to create incremental impact through deeper insights, stakeholder engagement, and strategy.
+ Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects, tasks, and stakeholders, often under tight deadlines.
+ Collaborate across groups without direct authority to deliver high-impact results.

**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
+ OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
+ OR equivalent experience.
** **This role does require you to be onsite 3+ days a week.** **

**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**
+ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
+ OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, data analytics, controllership, finance, or related field OR equivalent experience
+ This position involves a considerable amount of exposure to executive management and requires the ability to communicate ideas and analysis effectively, thereby influencing business decisions, so executive maturity, business acumen and presentation and communication skills need to be your strengths
+ Experience using programming to automate and / or streamline finance processes
Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
