Based in Prague we have a newly created opportunity for a Senior Finance Manager which will partner with the Business Service Operations team in a strategic role.**
**Core Responsibilities**
+ Focus on the delivery on the core financial processes which include month end closing ; trade investment controlling; market controlling as well financial planning & analysis to build value and accountability.
+ Engagement with Senior Collaborators.
+ Operate as a trusted advisor, frequently engaging with senior business leaders within the Central & Western Europe and other EMEA regions.
+ Represent the BSO in strategic discussions with the business, providing insights to drive financial and operational decisions.
+ Key point of contact for critical Business Divisions, driving the alignment on finance strategies.
+ Act as the Global Coordinator for BSO Marketing & Channels Finance Partnering, encouraging collaboration across regions!
+ Find opportunities for standardisation, process optimization, and standard methodology sharing within the Marketing & Channels Finance community.

This role is based in Prague and operates within the Business Service Operations (BSO) organization of the LEGO Group which is a global function dedicated to delivering high-quality HR and Finance services from several global locations. By driving operational perfection , the BSO enables the LEGO Group to achieve its purpose of inspiring and developing the builders of tomorrow, creating a scalable and efficient platform for sustainable growth. Therole is an integral part of the EMEA Service Delivery team andsupports the broader organization by:
+ Ensuring the seamless execution of key financial processes critical to business success in the Western & Central Europe and other EMEA regions.
+ Supporting the Markets & Channels Finance Partnering team to focus on central initiatives by providing reliable and compliant financial insights.
+ Standardising and optimizing processes across regions, aligning with the BSO's mission to deliver world-class services.
+ Building financial foresight and fostering collaboration across teams to support the LEGO Group's growth and innovation ambitions.
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Significant experience in finance with a track record of delivering strategic insights and driving improvements in sophisticated , cross-regional environments.
+ Ability to navigate sophisticated organizational structures and establish links with partners across all seniority levels.
+ Influence decision-making in different scenarios.
+ Deliver action plans whilst partnering with a wide range of collaborators.
+ Accountancy & Finance or Qualified by experience.
