Responsibilities
Functional Leadership for LEAP Services Initiatives:
Serve as the functional owner for LEAP services commercial and operational initiatives.
Partner with engineering and product operations teams to ensure alignment between product technical expectations and financial projections.
Collaborate with product operations and contract managers to ensure proper execution and forecasting of commercial lease support.
Act as the financial lead on critical projects essential to the program’s ability to meet business commitments.
Contract Margin Review Support:
Coordinate with customer and technical teams to conduct comprehensive Contract Margin Reviews (CMRs) for existing RPFH contracts.
Work alongside customer teams to update fleet models and technical cost data in support of contract modeling.
Develop profitability analyses and variance assessments to support Contract Margin Reviews.
Lead the execution and tracking of CMR pacing and issue resolution efforts among peers.
Financial Leadership for LEAP Customer Agreements:
Collaborate with LEAP customer teams (sales, CPMs, CPS, OCE, and business operations) to deliver long-term program modeling for contract negotiations on existing services contracts.
Partner with cross-functional teams (SSD, OCE, and CSD’s) to identify and analyze potential contract commercial actions.
Work with the operations team to manage budgeting, long-term forecasting, and quarterly estimates for the CSA channel.
Additional Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development and enhancement of LEAP Services finance standard operating practices.
Mentor and manage early career talent within the LEAP Services finance team.
Support and drive various improvement initiatives across the organization.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 8 years of experience in finance and accounting.
Desired Characteristics
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial leadership roles, preferably within a services or operations context.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities.
