Key Responsibilities:

1.Act as PMO to lead overall project from blueprinting to implementation. The project will cover following main scopes:

Budget planning tool to support TTS & BMI central planning by investment type in standard methodology, and allocate budget to respective execution groups to apply activity level budgetWorkflow to support budget application and approval, including new requests and adjustmentsTransfer approved budgets into price maintenance or financial provisionAccommodate budget true-up / true-down and update provision accordingly based on actual expenditure

2. Closely work with internal stakeholders to align project deliverables are in common interest across BUs and functions

3.Closely work with IT to navigate technical solutions to meet both business needs and compliance requirements

4.Drive automation & simplification in end-to-end budget management processes wherever possible

5.Lead change management to ensure minimum business disruption & smooth transition

Requirements ：

1.Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, economics

2.More than 8 years working experience in MNC, project management experience is preferred

3.Proficient in written and oral English

4.Strong communication skills, be able to drive project network in complex business

5.Comfortable to work in fast-pace, high pressure team
