System One is assisting a Tulsa client with a search for a Senior Financial Accountant. Our client is experiencing some changes and needs someone who will jump in and help figure things out. They have great people! Responsibilities: + Involved in month-end and year-end close process making various journal entries + Preparing account reconciliations and conducting account analysis + Review account variances comparing actual to budget and prior year and developing explanations + Maintain accounting for fixed assets and related depreciation + Continuously look for ways to improve processes using automation + Assist with pulling information together for external auditors Requirements: + Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting with preference for some public accounting experience in audit + Bachelor's degree in Accounting required, CPA a plus + Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls + Proficient with Excel and comfortable with ERP systems + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision + Effective communication skills, both written and verbal + Organized with a strong attention to detail while still working efficiently + Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Salary: $75K - $95K Ref: #208-Eng Tulsa System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
