Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate

The Senior Analyst delivers complex financial analytics and reporting. Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of own work. May provide guidance to less experienced team members, as needed, and contributes to the achievement of team goals.

Responsibilities:

Performs complex historical analyses to support end-to-end processes including the analyses of forecasted integrated financials against actual results, and metrics. Identifies and monitors broad trends and potential integrated financial implications.

Updates/refines short-term and long-range cash flow and balance sheet forecasts and methodologies using multiple inputs and assumptions to reflect changes in business strategy implications on operating margin, financial profitability and capital resource management.

Assists in identifying, developing, and implementing forecasting process improvements and enhancing dashboard visualizations.

Assists in the preparation of periodic reporting to firm leadership and the Board of Directors.

Compiles financial information and conducts ad hoc analysis in a constrained timeline.

Qualifications:

Attention to detail

Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles

Energy, enthusiasm and detail orientation

Responsive, team-oriented approach

Strong analytical skills with solid oral and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills; the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks

Experience using data visualization tools such as PowerBI.

Required:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Bachelor's degree and CPA/CFA

2.5+ years of public accounting and/or relevant financial experience

FINRA RequirementsFINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.Work FlexibilityThis role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to two days per week from home.
