Job Description Summary
\nReporting to the Director, Corporate FP&A you will partner with our Brand Finance organization, Corporate Controllers Group, business leads, and numerous teams to analyze and impact results. You will oversee financial review, analysis and consolidation of actual results, projections, annual budgets, and strategic plans for the global business. The team supports the presentation of results for the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors and is involved in monthly business reviews to discuss the P&L, cash flow, working capital and operating expenses. The job also includes preparation of Earnings Release materials and supports enterprise-wide initiatives such as portfolio alignment, restatements, mergers and acquisitions, and analytics. Job requires 4+ years of financial work experience demonstrating increasing responsibility.
\nYou Will:
\nYou will evaluate monthly Profit & Loss statements including volume, sales, profit, below the line expenses, investment summaries, financial bridges, historical trends etc.Support the financial review, analysis and consolidation of actuals and projected financials. Provide concise commentary to senior leadership, including the CFO.Prepare the reconciliation of comparability (one-time) items by working with the internal accounting groups.Develop Cash flow and Balance Sheet forecasts by collaborating with Supply Chain, Corporate Controller's Group, Treasury, Tax, and other finance functions.Participate in preparation and compilation of the annual operating plan (AOP) and 3-year strategic planPrepare Monthly Business Review and Board decks for leadership in partnership with business leaders and cross functional finance partners.Participate in finance-wide projections to rotate and cut across several different finance disciplines including Supply Chain, Trade, Pricing, A&P, Financial systems, M&A, and Investor Relations.Monitor research and analyze the business environment to provide data, and recommendations on overall industry trends, customer assessments, and competitor analysis.Work with the financial system team in understanding the hierarchy and process changes to keep integrity and simplicity of financial reporting.\nYou Have:
\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required4+ years of finance experienceKnowledge of financial systems and general accounting principlesKnowledge of business operations in the in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industryExperience developing business presentations and related supporting documents.At this time, we require applicants for this role to be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future\nNumber of Days in Office: 3

Compensation:
Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
