What will you do? 

A day in the life of a Senior Financial Analyst, Enterprise FP&A and Reporting, Cash Flow & Balance Sheet, at VF looks a little like this

The company's Enterprise financial planning and analysis team serves as the critical support partner for the executive leadership team. The team is responsible for the development and analysis of the enterprise financial plans and reports as well as setting the financial planning processes, tools and calendar for the company’s brands and businesses that span the globe. The Senior Financial Analyst, Enterprise FP&A, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet will be responsible for developing and analyzing the consolidated annual budget, strategic plan, and monthly cash flow and balance sheet forecasts. To succeed, this individual will utilize both relationship building with all key partners and strong analytical skill sets to provide standardized analytics, reports and key insights to support the VF senior leadership team, Board of Directors reviews, Treasury and other Investor relations activities.

Develop an understanding of company and business unit objectives, both financial and strategic, and a keen insight into VF’s current and future business.Provide financial and decision-support analytics to Senior Leadership team to support key business initiatives and decisions.Play a key role in VF Corporation’s strategic and annual financial plan across all brands, channels and geographies.Support forecasting and analytics of VF Corporation’s actual and projected, balance sheet and cash flow statement on a monthly basis.Analyze the cash flow and balance sheet and identify risks and opportunities.Provide key metrics and analytics to support the Treasury team.Prepare presentations for executive leadership teams, Board of Directors, Investor Relations and Credit Rating agencies.Work with Corporate Accounting to ensure compliance with all policies, financial reporting practices.Support the Corporate FP&A team with key strategic initiatives and ad hoc requests through data gathering, analytics and putting together a business case for review by Senior Management.Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies and effectiveness in our processes and tools.

What do you need to succeed? 

We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you’ll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, the position requires: 

Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. MBA, CFA or CPA is a plus.Strong financial background; exceptional analytical and modeling skills.2+ years of financial management experience with an understanding of Corporate Finance or FP&A, or experience in transaction due diligence.Fortune 500 publicly traded company experience in a matrix organization strongly preferred.

Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment with evolving business needsStrategic thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong Interpersonal capabilities with ability to effectively work across functions/brandsFinancial and performance analysis experience & strong financial skills requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong financial modeling skills, especially income statement and cash flow analysisAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsSelf-starter, able to handle multiple demands & competing prioritiesDetail-oriented with exceptional analytical skillsAbility to effectively present findings to management in a clear and concise manner

Hiring Range:

$73,440.00 USD - $91,800.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
