Reporting to the VP, FP&A, the Senior Financial Analyst will work with teams in our businesses and functions to help support the delivery of our mandate as efficiently as possible, including:
Timely, insightful information to support decision-makingEnterprise-level Financial PlanningMonthly performance management reporting and analysisKey projects to achieve our transformation goalsAd-hoc analysis for CEO and CFOPosition Responsibilities:
Provide thorough and timely analysis and insights of our key performance indicators, including trends, headwinds, tailwinds, opportunities, risks and other key driversSupport the annual planning process and assist in the preparation of annual plan reports and analysisCo-ordinate the production of monthly and quarterly performance management reports for the Executive Leadership Team and quarterly reports for the Board of Directors which include financial and non-financial information, and progress on strategic initiativesSupport Finance projects to achieve our transformation goals. This includes execution on our KPI reporting project, continuous improvement of the systems and processes in place to ensure accountability and execution partnering with other teams (Technology, Finance, Strategy, etc.)Required Qualifications:
University graduate in Accounting/Finance, professional accounting designation (CPA) is an assetAt least 4 years of experience in a finance role, Wealth and Asset Management industry experience an assetExcellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Essbase, Word)Experience with BI tools, Sharepoint and performance management tools/systems is an assetMust be willing to be on a mid-shift during trainings with North America Business UnitsPreferred Qualification:
