Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst – Formulated Specialties
Summary:Are you a results-driven financial professional with a passion for turning data into strategic insights? Join our Business Finance Team as a Business Analyst, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving financial performance across a diverse and innovative portfolio.
Reporting directly to the Formulated Specialties Commercial Finance Leader, this high-impact role partners closely with cross-functional teams to influence decision-making, optimize performance, and unlock growth opportunities across our core segments—including Electronic Materials, Coatings (Hardcoats & Release Coatings), Healthcare, Construction Sealants, and Industrial.
What You’ll Do:
-Deliver financial analysis and business insights that guide strategic and operational decisions
-Drive margin and profitability analysis to support commercial success
-Partner with teams to manage SG&A costs, optimize working capital, and improve financial performance
-Support the evaluation of strategic initiatives including new investments, commercial partnerships, and product innovations
-Collaborate with segment leaders to align financial plans with business goals and market trends
Responsibilities Include:
+ Provide financial support and analysis to the Formulated Specialties business teams
+ Prepare and analyze monthly reporting of results and ensure communication to key stakeholders
+ Provide support and insights on estimates, annual operating plan, and updates to financial models
+ Support preparation of monthly business reviews, helping Finance leader to consolidate and interpret the various inputs around updates and R&O’s
+ Support Commercial Finance Leader and Segment leaders with various commercial report, forecast, analysis and ad hoc project
+ Work with Global FP&A and other business teams to drive best practices, efficiencies, and alignment
+ Completes other duties as assigned
Travel:
+ Up to 10%
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
+ BA/BS degree required in finance or accounting
+ 3+ years of progressive Finance experience
+ Solid & sound Finance/Accounting knowledge
+ Strong Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Modeling Skillset
+ Advanced computer and ERP system skills (excel, power point, SAP, BW etc)

+ Excellent communication skills – demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global environment

What We Offer:Base Pay Range: $78,000 - $114,400
The actua l salary offered i s determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill set s, and geography. Local geographic pay differentials may not be reflected in the above pay range and will be discussed with you by a member of the HR team when applicable . Additionally, this role is eligible for incentive or sales variable compensation payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company's incentive plans, the Company's financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.
