Senior Financial Analyst
 

Job Summary

Senior financial, planning & analysis professional capable of providing exceptional analytical and strategic support to all levels of pSemi organization. Support Finance and Business in driving future profit, growth, business performance and strategic planning. Responsible for generating meaningful reporting and analytics and maintaining FP&A tools and processes.  As part of finance team, participate in month end close process with Journal Entries, analysis and supporting deliverables. Provide variance analysis of monthly financial and operational results. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. Requires strong analytical, organizational, communication and presentation skills.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

This position has responsibility for:

Planning:

Run month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting to MuRata headquarters Perform month end close process with Journal Entries, Balance Sheet Reconciliation and supporting documentation Assist in coordination of audit and tax responsibilities Work on RAC transactions, while supporting on MENA deliverables and budget Update and maintain financials in Adaptive Insights; including structure and maintenance of the tool itself Support FP&A Director in creating meaningful PowerPoint presentations with business analysis and insight for monthly Executive meetings Provide support to business partners as assigned in budgeting / forecasting cycles and monthly / quarterly financial review, and itemized support as needed Participate in cross-functional projects to support pSemi business in common goals In addition to producing the results, communicate the reasons for the results Create and maintain FP&A process documentation Support FP&A and Accounting teams with ad-hoc projects Support re-engineering of financial planning processes to reduce workload that does not contribute to effective decision making or robust planning & analysis

 

Performance Management:

Create and maintain standardized financials and statistical reports Provide variance analysis and business insight of monthly financial and operational results Provide internal reporting support to Finance team

 

Minimum Qualifications (Experience and Skills)

5+ years of experience in FP&A Experience with ERP and financial planning system Excellent business analysis, verbal and written communication and presentation skills Personal qualities which include being a results-oriented, bright, resourceful, service-driven finance professional who is capable of managing multiple tasks in a time sensitive environment Willingness to challenge the status quo in order to enhance productivity, processes and procedures Strong accounting knowledge and exceptional attention to detail  Ability to work independently and within a team environment Sense of urgency Proficient Microsoft Office user; Advance skills in Excel

 

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Adaptive Insights and Oracle Experience in the Semiconductor industry

 

Education Requirements

BA in Finance, Accounting or Business Management; Master’s degree preferred

USD 90,535.34 - 117,702.46 per year
