This person will be heavily involved in the budget and forecast process as well as provide internal reporting and analysis to help drive decision making. The primary responsibilities of the role will include month end reporting and reconciliation, supporting the Regional Dental Service Organization and Institutional Business and calculating incentives for sales reps. **Responsibilities:** + Compile and reconcile month end sales and margin reporting for Regional DSO and Institutional customers. + Assist with budget and forecast process for Regional DSO & Institutional Business. + Manage incentive calculation for Strategic Accounts Sales Reps. + Finance point person on P&L kick off calls and create all new/existing bid P&L’s for DSO accounts. + Understand operating metrics and the relationship of financial performance to business strategies. + Documentation of all reporting processes. + Analyze customer purchases, products & industry data using SAP/BI tools + Convert data into easily understood information that can drive decision making for management and internal and external customers. + Performs other duties as assigned **Minimum Qualifications** Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field + 4-6 years of relevant experience + Strong analytical skills and attention to detail + Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Applications, specifically advanced Excel skills, Access, Word, and PowerPoint + Understanding of business process and experience in financial reporting and analysis + Willingness to learn and share knowledge with the rest of the team + Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems in complex systems with little supervision + Excellent documentation and communication skills **What's In It For You (https://www.pattersoncompanies.com/join-us/)** We provide competitive benefits, unique incentive programs and rewards for our eligible employees: + Full Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits and an integrated Wellness Program. + 401(k) Match Retirement Savings Plan. + Paid Time Off (PTO). + Holiday Pay & Floating Holidays. + Volunteer Time Off (VTO). + Educational Assistance Program. + Full Paid Parental and Adoption Leave. + LifeWorks (Employee Assistance Program). + Patterson Perks Program. The potential compensation range for this role is below.
