We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to participate in financial planning & reporting processes and assist with the monthly close process for North Central Division. The analyst will assist in supporting the Division with financial planning, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, reporting and revenue/cost analytics.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in developing the annual budget, monthly financial forecasts for the Division and Region. Maintain & enhance accurate financial reporting for the Division and Region.Manage financial revenue processes and reporting with external and internal customers.Complete variance analysis of business performance and comparative monthly, quarterly and year-to-date results. Analyze current and past trends including drivers of revenue, margin and expenses.Prepare timely and accurate monthly business review and forecast packages.Ensure financial close deliverables are completed timely and accurately.Prepare financial models for various business arrangements and alliances.Identify areas for improvement in financial processes and procedures and recommend solutions to streamline financial reporting.Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies.REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred.5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences industry.Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Flexibility to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Experience with Hyperion, Essbase, PeopleSoft and ERP systems.Ability to learn new financial systems quickly.PREFERENCES
