Job Summary
Responsibilities
Prepares and analyzes budgets and variance reports. Works with the financial accounting system to allocate, authorize, monitor, and control expenses. Serves as primary conduit to other University financial teams.Provides pricing and profitability analysis to CDC management for RFPs, client, vendor, and service provider agreements. Supports and develops related processes.Reviews and updates business and financial systems, metrics, dashboards, and reports; analyzes expenses and profit indicators, alerts management to key trends.Works with CDC University procurement teams to fulfill competitive bidding requirements; establish new vendors and service providers.May work with other administrators on the procurement process, allocates expenditures for authorization, and advises in communications regarding funding agencies, subcontractors, and others at the instruction and direction of others.Analyzes and prepares budgets, creates accounts, and works with the financial accounting system to allocate, authorize, monitor, and control expenses.Performs other related work as needed.

Master’s Degree in a related field.Technical Knowledge or Skills:
Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, Business Intelligence tools (i.e. PowerBI, Informer) and CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce).Familiarity with financial and reporting systems.Preferred Competencies
