The opportunity
Reporting directly to Asia Regional Controllers - miLens Team Leader, the role is primarily accountable for producing and analyzing sales reports focused on the financial and non-financial sales information through timely and accurate service delivery. The incumbent is responsible in handling the sales data integration, analysis, and management reporting of all Asia markets and major distribution channels in support of the continuous evolution and delivery of the management reporting.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Management Reporting
Consolidate and analyze large amounts of financial and non-financial sales data from various functions across all Asia markets.Manage the annual sales planning process for both financial and non-financial sales metrices.Produce periodical management reports according to the closing schedule.Lead the maintenance and alignment of sales metrices between Mi-sales and Data Lake to consistently promote data integrity.Reinforcement in the execution of focused initiatives including but not limited to the migration of sales metrices to EDL and continuous enhancements to both Asia & Global sales dashboards.Able to handle the stakeholders, timely and effective communication, and escalation in cases of issues/delays in the reports, lead the root cause analysis and action planning in cases of incidents, and providing of timely and relevant updates to stakeholders on the status and progress of resolution of issues.Perform quality review and process training for new and/or junior team members.Must be able to:Understand the data flow in the source systems to effectively extract and produce the data or reports required.Work closely with Asia Regional Controllers and interfacing to a wide network of key contacts to ensure smooth process during the month & quarter close.Quickly understand the tasks assigned and achieve high quality output within the assigned deadlines. Prioritizes deliverable in support of team goals with guidance.Quickly learn the interface on different systems such as SmartView, Data Lake, Anaplan, Microsoft Power BI, and Alteryx.Ensure process documentations are regularly updated.Manage SharePoint sites, handle delegated projects, and perform ad hoc tasks.2. The job holder is responsible for performing peer-to-peer review and ensuring accurate submission of output to the Business Unit.3. Automation Champion
Identify and implement automation initiatives on the team processes with the goal of improving accuracy and contributing to overall cost efficiency of the team.Must be able to identify best practices and implement continuous financial process improvements that positively impact the timeliness and integrity of financial reporting.
