About the Role
 

As a Financial Analyst, you'll conduct thorough financial analysis, collaborate on budgeting and forecasting, offer strategic decision support, and enhance processes to improve financial performance.
 

Responsibilities
 

Performing comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecastingCollaborating with local stakeholders to develop accurate and timely budgets and forecastsProviding financial insights, recommendations, and scenario analysis to support strategic initiativesPreparing regular and ad-hoc management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior managementContinuing evaluating and innovatively enhancing/automating financial processes, tools, and methodologiesWorking closely with REPH accounting team and GOTC Fulfilment teams to ensure accurate month-end close and reporting of actualsCollaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, regional finance teams, and senior management

Requirements
 

Possess extensive knowledge of financial analysis techniques, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelingBe proficient in financial software applications, ERP systems, and possess strong MS Excel skillsPossess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilitiesPossess excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholdersBe able to work independently (and as part of a team), manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic matrix environment
