Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function by providing insights into key business drivers  analyzing operational results, and helping improve our financial performance. You will collaborate closely with all functions, including Operations, Procurement, Delivery, Menu, Customer Service and Sales, to help drive growth and support our mission of delivering nutritious meals to children. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly financial statements and management reports, weekly sales and operations reports, and productivity reporting. Budgeting & Forecasting:  Help lead the annual budgeting process across all functions to establish a detailed driver based plan to manage the business against.  In addition, prepare financial and sales demand forecasts. Pricing and Customer Analysis:  Support new customer opportunities through providing pricing analytics.  Also provide pricing and competitive analysis on customer bids and renewals. KPI Development: Help develop and refine business metrics across all functions to improve business performance and decision making. Strategic Planning: Support long-term financial planning, including scenario analysis and investment planning, to assist leadership in strategic decision-making.  Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed to support various departments and initiatives.  Financial Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency through technology, tools, and process optimization. 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related discipline. 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related finance roles, preferably within the food industry, CPG or a manufacturing focused business.  Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and Excel.  Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, Net Suite).  Experience and capability with data visualization tools/software (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)  Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.  A passion for Revolution Foods' mission to bring healthy, nutritious meals to children. 

Compensation Range: $111,000K - $130,000
